Lillies are extremely poisonus and i have read of cases of people having indoor cats and lillies inside which has led to seriously ill cats and in some cases death, i believe it does damage to their kidneys, cats cannot process essential oils on their skin either.

Catnip isnt toxic to cats... in fact it doesnt even affect all cats for some reason... the compound that effects them is call Nepetalactone, but as i said it doesnt affect them all which is super weird lol
ReplyDeleteI realised that after he ate it a few times and he was still alive lol, i knew it was safe for sniffing but wasn't sure about the eating of it, that's why i posted the lists.
ReplyDeleteOnly one of my cats loves it the other couldn't care less, they have very different personalities one is a purrer and lap cat(he likes it) the other he is just like meh whatever towards people, unless it's a really cold night lol
LOL I was going to say was miss pIxie did, my cats are not affected my cat nip yet my mums are, they love it. :-). Thanks for posting the toixc list, cats are very fussy usually and most cats will not eat anything that is posionious to them, BUT there are always exceptions to that rule.
